4. Orders & Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email and phone number provided at checkout.

All content, including without limitation the SKKIN™ wordmark, logos, product names, graphics, formulation descriptions, and website photography, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of SKKIN Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Skincare Disclaimer & Patch Testing
SKKIN products are formulated with biocompatible, dermatologically tested ingredients. However, individual skin types may react differently. We strongly advise conducting a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before incorporating any new skincare active into your daily regimen. Our product descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional dermatological advice.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
