What payment methods are accepted at SKKIN?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across 19,000+ pin codes.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my pin code?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all serviceable Indian pin codes for orders up to ₹3,000 at a nominal ₹40 handling fee. You will receive an OTP confirmation call/SMS to verify your COD order prior to dispatch.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via WhatsApp (+91-9773843100) or email (support@skkin.com). Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified.
• Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive deliveries within 2 to 3 business days. For other urban locations and Tier 2/3 cities, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB tracking link. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your Order ID to see real-time delivery milestones.

Are SKKIN products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, 100%! We never test our formulas or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to test on our behalf. All our formulations are certified cruelty-free and 100% vegan.
Are SKKIN products suitable for sensitive skin?
All SKKIN formulations are dermatologically tested and formulated to biocompatible physiological skin pH levels (5.0 – 5.5). However, we always recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on your inner wrist before applying new active formulations to your face.
What is the shelf life of SKKIN products?
Unopened products have a shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date printed on the base of the box. Once opened, we recommend finishing the product within 12 months (indicated by the 12M Period After Opening symbol on the packaging).
